COMPENSATION: $50 to $60 per hourResponsibilitiesDevelop usable, device agnostic web-based products using clean and relevant programming languages, modern cloud-based technologies, front-end frameworks and design systems while maintaining coding, design, navigation, usability and accessibility standards.Conduct research and development in emerging front-end development trends, best practices, and technologies and integrates them into product when/where applicable.Adheres to agile processes and principles in applicable phases of a product's lifecycle to ensure a quality web-based product that meets evolving user and business needs.QualificationsAt least ten years of experience performing the functions associated with this labor categoryIndustry standard front-end development coding languages, modern cloud based technology, front-end frameworks, accessibility and design systems.Leading development efforts on multiple products of moderate size and complexity simultaneously.Collaborating with product team member (designers, developers, product managers, etc.), users, business owners and stakeholders to recommend technical solutions for the design, development, usability and accessibility of digital products.Communicating and collaborating with technical product team members as well as users and business stakeholders to ensure development supports the user and business needs throughout the lifetime of the product.
