Our commercial excellence and solid operations structure facilitate healthy growth.The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing credit risk for the company and will work as a team with other credit specialists to manage the full cycle of accounts receivable. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will work in conjunction with sales, customer service, supply chain, and the accounting department to effectively and efficiently meet our customers' and principals' expectations while keeping our credit risk low and partner with other team members to explore opportunities for process improvements while instilling company core values into the day-to-day operations of the department.Successful candidates will be responsible to:Performs full cycle accounts receivableDaily collection callsCredit releasesAccount research and analysisSetting credit limitsMaintaining an accurate ageingCredit application reviewProvides reports and metrics on receivablesWorks on projects as assignedSkillsPossess excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with customers and team-members in a professional mannerAbility to develop and maintain relationships internally and externallyAbility to multitask and switch focus quicklyAbility to think independentlyDeadline-driven, detailed oriented, and conscientiousStrong organizational skillsMust possess the ability to think strategicallyProficiency in common computer programs, including Microsoft Office; Proficiency in Excel a mustExcellent written and verbal communication skillsRequired QualificationsHigh School DiplomaDesired QualificationsAssociate degree in accountingCBA and/or CBFExperience in a fast-paced environmentCompetenciesBusiness Acumen.Problem Solving/Analysis.Customer/Client Focus.Communication Proficiency.Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no supervisory responsibility.Work EnvironmentThis job currently operates on a hybrid schedule rotating between in-office and remote work environments.
