Logistics Team LeaderPay: $19.00 $21.00 per hourLocation: Nettleton, MSShift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM 3:30 PM, with occasional overtime until 5:00 PM)Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and experienced Logistics Team Leader to support our distribution operations in Nettleton, MS. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, leading a team to meet productivity goals, and ensuring all safety and operational standards are upheld. The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment and be comfortable operating a forklift as needed.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates to achieve daily operational goalsOversee workflow to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and on timeTrain, coach, and develop team members on procedures and safety standardsPartner with management to prioritize workloads and meet deadlinesEnforce company policies and maintain a strong commitment to workplace safetyOperate a forklift as needed to support shipping, receiving, and material movementAssist with hands-on warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, and staging materialsMonitor attendance, productivity, and overall team performanceMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentQualifications:Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution settingForklift operating experienceStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced environmentWorking knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory processesAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
