Competitive Pay (DOE) consistent overtime availability Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Generous PTO & Paid Holidays Flexible 1st Shift: Standard 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, but we'll work with you on start/stop times to accommodate kids, commutes, or other scheduling needs Modern, Well-Maintained Equipment: Fanuc, HAAS, Siemens, Proto Trak controls across CNC manual grinding Variety of Work: One-off prototype parts all the way through high-production runs — no two days look the same Stable, Family-Oriented Shop Culture backed by the resources of a larger precision manufacturing group Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties Read and understand drawings and operation sheets Set up and operate Vertical Milling Machines with little to no supervision Set up and operate Manual Mill & Lathe machines with little to no supervision Set up and operate Blanchard and Surface grinders Machine a wide range of materials including metals and plastics Hold tight tolerances of ±0.0003" Run multiple machines during cycle times Ensure standard quality procedures are followed — setup, operation, in-process inspection, documentation, and material handling Document required in-process inspection dimensions Perform preventative maintenance tasks as required Operate forklift and crane as needed (willing to train and certify) Maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment in line with all safety standards Qualifications Needed High school diploma or GED required Minimum 3 years of machining experience preferred Hands-on experience with CNC milling — Fanuc and HAAS controls required Additional experience with Siemens and/or Proto Trak controls preferred Proven ability to set up and operate Vertical Mills, Manual Mills & Lathes, and Blanchard/Surface Grinders with minimal supervision Experience machining everything from one-off parts to high-production runs Comfortable holding ±0.0003" tolerances Horizontal Milling experience a plus Willingness to run multiple machines during cycle times Willingness to work overtime Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and willingness to learn Interested in hearing more?
