Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for hospitality, mentorship, and operational excellence? We are seeking a General Manager to lead our team while upholding our core values and commitment to exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities Leadership and Culture: Uphold our core values to foster a positive and productive work environment. Company Objectives: Achieve targets in profit, sales, service quality, facility appearance, sanitation, cleanliness, employee retention, operational effectiveness, and guest experience. Team Development: Mentor and develop direct reports to ensure personal growth and maintain our standards of excellence. Effective Communication: Ensure consistent, clear, and timely communication with employees, peers, managers, guests, and vendors. Policies and Procedures: Understand, communicate, and enforce all company policies, procedures, standards, and training programs. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Experience: 5‑7 years of relevant food, beverage, and/or service experience. Certifications: Food Sanitation Certification and completion of a Leadership Development Program preferred. Sommelier certifications are a plus. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate and understand the predominant language of the restaurant. Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire others while effectively managing team performance. Physical Requirements: Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
