With 49+ projects across the region and international operations, they are positioned as a key player in the agroindustrial space.They are currently growing their team and looking for a Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can support their goals in building a strong outbound pipeline and generating qualified opportunities. About the Role:We are looking for a proactive, disciplined, and highly motivated junior sales professional to work with our client on outbound prospecting and lead generation.In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-volume outreach, identifying potential clients, and qualifying early-stage opportunities before passing them to the closing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1 year of sales experience looking to grow in B2B sales. Experience with outbound prospecting and CRM tools is highly valued. Key Responsibilities:Conduct daily outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social mediaGenerate leads and perform initial qualification of prospectsMaintain accurate and organized records in CRM systemsFollow up consistently with early-stage prospectsTransfer qualified opportunities to the sales closing teamMeet daily outreach targets (30–40 contacts per day) Required Skills and Experience:At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or similar rolesExperience with outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social media)Familiarity with CRM tools for pipeline and lead trackingStrong communication skills in English and SpanishHigh level of organization and disciplineAbility to manage high-volume outreach consistentlySelf-motivated with a proactive mindsetAvailability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Bonus Points for:Familiarity with the agroindustrial sectorExperience in B2B sales environmentsExperience working in remote teams What We Offer:Competitive entry-level salaryOpportunity to grow within a B2B sales environmentExposure to international agroindustrial marketsA structured and supportive remote work environmentClear path for career development in sales
