We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Human Resources Director to lead the day-to-day execution of our HR function across a growing multi-location organization.This role is ideal for a tactical HR leader who enjoys being actively involved in the operational side of Human Resources while partnering closely with the CEO and CAO to support broader people initiatives and company goals. The HR Director will serve as the driving force behind the execution, administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of all HR processes and programs.What You’ll DoAs the Human Resources Director, you’ll oversee and actively manage the daily HR operations for the organization, including:Employee relations and leadership supportTalent acquisition and onboardingBenefits administration and payroll supportHR compliance and policy administrationWorkers’ compensation and safety programsPerformance management processesLeave administration and documentationHRIS management and reportingTeam member engagement and recognition initiativesCoaching and support for operational leadersDevelopment and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and employee filesYou’ll work closely with operations leaders and provide practical HR guidance and support across the business while helping implement company initiatives and organizational priorities established by executive leadership.Required QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with exposure across multiple HR disciplinesStrong working knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practicesExperience supporting multi-location operationsStrong employee relations and conflict resolution skillsExperience administering HR programs and processes in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft OfficeHighly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionallyStrong communication and leadership coaching skillsAbility to travel state-wide as neededPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fieldRestaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage industry experiencePHR or SPHR certificationWhy Join 4 Rivers?At 4R Restaurant Group, our culture is built on servant leadership, kindness, humility, integrity, and genuine hospitality.
