Technical Program Manager
OverviewThe Fintech Engineering organization is focused on achieving 3x development productivity by fundamentally transforming how software is built—moving beyond AI-assisted coding toward Agent-Driven Development. The Technical Program Manager will be a systems thinker capable of connecting high-level AI strategy with the architectural and operational capabilities required to execute this transformation. This role will coordinate complex, cross-functional and cross-BU programs to evolve the organization’s operating model while ensuring systems become “agent-ready” without compromising the integrity of money-movement platforms. The TPM will be responsible for driving organizational change and successfully institutionalizing agent-driven development practices across the Fintech organization.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Technical LeadershipLead cross-functional efforts to move the Fintech organization from Level 1 (Chat/Assisted) to Level 4/5 (Orchestration) on the Agentic Maturity Rubric.Connect AI strategy with the technical, architectural, and organizational requirements needed to enable Agent-Driven Development.Drive the operating model transformation required to embed agentic development practices across the organization.Architecture & Agent ReadinessPartner with architects to ensure Fintech services are appropriately decoupled and exposed through Model Context Protocol (MCP).Help ensure agents can autonomously navigate Fintech domain logic.Coordinate technical workstreams required to make systems and development environments agent-ready.Maintain a strong focus on the integrity and reliability of money-movement platforms throughout the transformation.Program Leadership & CoordinationOwn overall program execution, cross-functional alignment, and coordination across the Mission Team.Partner with:Mission LeadershipAlpha TeamsPlatform & Enablement TeamsProduct Development (PD)Product Management (PM)Experience Design (XD)Manage complex workstreams across teams and business units.Ensure information and learnings flow effectively both into and out of the Fintech organization.Drive alignment around priorities, dependencies, risks,
