The role involves ensuring safe medication use, supporting clinical teams, and delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key ResponsibilitiesReview, verify, and dispense medications accurately in accordance with prescriptions and clinical guidelinesProvide patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and interactionsCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to optimize patient careMaintain compliance with federal, state, and organizational pharmacy regulationsMonitor patient medication therapy and recommend adjustments as neededEnsure proper storage, handling, and documentation of pharmaceuticalsParticipate in quality assurance and medication safety initiativesRequired QualificationsDoctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degreeActive and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the U.S.Minimum of 2+ years of clinical or hospital pharmacy experience preferredStrong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and clinical practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team-oriented environmentAbout Encode INCAt Encode, we empower organizations and individuals through innovative, human-centric workforce and technology solutions.
