Always with a focus on building strong relationships and always helping people find the career they want and deserve.As a member of the NDX Recruiting Team, the Technical Recruiter will work closely with NDX leadership, partnering to achieve hiring targets both as a TEAM and individually.What You’ll Do:Full lifecycle recruiting candidates including sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback/recommendations, and assisting the candidate through offer negotiations and acceptance.Support NDX growth by recruiting professionals who deliver superior client-service, are great communicators, problem solvers and embody a collaborative spirit.Possess an evolving understanding of NDX culture, pipeline, processes, protocols and service to source, recruit and hire top talent.Collaborate with clients to create and improve job descriptions that accurately reflect job responsibilities and business requirements.Leverage recruiting resources including internal CRM (Bullhorn), social media, LinkedIn, networking, and professional organizations to identify and source qualified candidates.Perform detailed reference checks on selected candidates and review results with hiring managers.Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on candidate pipelines and recruiting activities within CRM (Bullhorn)Provide data, statistics, feedback, and recommendations to optimize the recruiting process over time.Handle employee referrals with care and collaborationRequirements:2-5 years of professional recruiting experience.Preferred MSP/VMS high volume recruiting experienceBuild solid, effective working relationships with others both internally and externallyWork independently with minimum supervisionEffective communicatorPossesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completionStrong marketing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
