We're seeking a skilled Cost Control Manager to oversee and manage the cost control processes within our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing cost management strategies, ensuring that all projects are completed within budget constraints while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement cost control procedures and processes for construction projectsMonitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelinesPrepare detailed cost reports and forecasts for management reviewAnalyze project performance and provide insights for cost optimizationCollaborate with project managers to ensure accurate financial planning and reportingReview and approve all project-related expenditures and financial transactionsProvide training and support to team members on cost control best practicesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldProven experience in cost control within the construction industryStrong proficiency in JD Edwards or similar accounting softwareSolid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standardsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levelsCertification as a CPA is a plusExperience with Oracle and financial planning tools is highly desirableBenefitsHealth/Dental/Vision401(k) w/ company matchLife & Long-term Disability InsurancePaid HolidaysPTO/Sick LeaveVehicle package Bonus program- For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
