Summertown Metals is looking for a self-motivated person to work in our Accounts Receivables/Collections department. This will be a full-time position that also comes with benefits such as medical, dental, vision. accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, STD, LTD, life, 401K, vacation and PTO.Job Description includes but not limited to:Stay up to date on build progress and payment as construction milestones are completedReview contract and verify proper amounts are being requested for paymentWork Closely with banks and clients to ensure draws are requested and payment is received in a timely mannerAssist customers with individual needsTrack and document when payments are receivedKeep clients informed on payment deadlines to avoid job shutdownsNotify proper team members when a payment becomes delinquentProvide a payment audit when the final draw is due to confirm all payments have been received
