CGP: SR HR generalist/manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $36.00 to $38.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities:Lead human resources initiatives including training, employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration.Develop systems that challenge, coach, and support employee growth.Collaborate with department leaders to enhance safety and operational efficiency.Facilitate disciplinary meetings, conduct investigations, and manage terminations professionally.Manage workers' compensation claims and ensure compliance with regulations. Requirements:Oversee open enrollment, benefits administration, and leave programs such as FMLA and ADA.Conduct regular audits of employee files and HR systems for accuracy and compliance.Monitor and track mandatory HR training for staff and leadership.Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.Work with legal counsel to annually update the employee handbook. Qualifications:Lead recruitment efforts for hourly and salaried roles, including screening and interviewing.Demonstrate strong knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably ADP.Must be bilingual in SpanishApply sound judgment in handling sensitive employee relations matters.Possess experience in managing multi-state HR operations and compliance.REF#51978
