LPN - Meadow Falls of Rocky River (1st & 3rd shift) Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Meadow Falls of Rocky River, a leading provider of senior care services. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents, providing support with daily living activities, administering medications, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.
