Process Server (Independent Contractor) – Flexible Schedule Daybreak Process Serving is seeking reliable independent contractors to serve legal documents in the Portland area. This is a 1099 contractor position with flexible scheduling. Ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, driving, and managing their own time. Process Servers deliver legal documents to individuals and businesses and complete proof of service documentation. No prior experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate. This role is great for someone looking for flexible work and additional income, such as delivery drivers, gig workers, or individuals familiar with their local area.
