What To ExpectThe Requirements Management Specialist is responsible for managing, maintaining, and ensuring the integrity of requirements across the product lifecycle. The role includes close collaboration with suppliers and stakeholders, administration of requirements management tools (ATVW, Codebeamer, DOORS), execution of change management processes, and ensuring full traceability and consistency of requirements.Coordinate exchange of specifications with suppliers using Codebeamer, DOORS, and ATVW.Follow up on clarifications, open issues, and inconsistencies with internal teams and external partners.Ensure structured and traceable communication of requirements updates.Execute and monitor the existing Change Request (CR) management process.Monitor tool updates ATVW/Codebeamer and take appropriate action in case new featuresEstablish and maintain full traceability of requirements.Validate migrated data and identify migration faults.What You Bring AlongDegree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldExperience in automotive or regulated industriesFamiliarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) environments Strong experience in requirements managementHands-on experience with ATVW, Codebeamer, DOORSKnowledge of change management processesExperience in data migration validation and quality checksWith more than 50 facilities in Europe, the Bertrandt Group has been providing development solutions for the international automotive and aircraft industry since 1974.
