Senior Program Manager, Automation
About This OpportunityAs a Senior Program Manager, Automations, you will be responsible for leading large-scale enterprise automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance customer and employee experiences. This role oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of automation programs across multiple business units, partnering with technology, operations, and product teams to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful implementation. The ideal candidate brings strong program leadership experience within complex enterprise environments and has the ability to translate business needs into scalable automation solutions. This role also requires strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to work with operational data using SQL or basic query languages to evaluate automation performance and drive data-informed decisions. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.In This Role, You’ll Get ToLead enterprise-scale automation programs from strategy through delivery and optimizationManage multiple concurrent initiatives across departments and technology teamsDefine program roadmaps, delivery milestones, governance frameworks, and success metricsCoordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, RPA developers, data teams, and business stakeholdersIdentify and manage risks, dependencies, and program escalationsIdentify high-impact automation opportunities across operational workflowsPartner with automation engineering teams to deliver solutions using RPA, workflow automation, AI, or orchestration platformsEstablish frameworks for automation intake, prioritization, and value realization trackingEnsure automation solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architectureUse SQL or basic query languages to analyze operational datasets and automation performance metricsMeasure program outcomes including efficiency gains, service improvements, and cost reductionsPartner with analytics teams to build reporting dashboards and operational insightsUse data to continuously optimize automation pipelines and prioritizationPartner with senior leaders across operations, technology, and product teamsCommunicate automation strategy, program status, and results to executive leadershipDrive organizational adoption of automation solutions and process improvementsEstablish governance standards and delivery best practices for automation programsEnsure alignment with compliance, risk, and enterprise technology policiesContinuously evaluate program performance and refine automation strategyWe’re Looking For Talent WhoHas 5+ years of experience managing large enterprise programs or initiatives, preferably within automation, digital transformation, or operational transformationHas a proven track record delivering complex cross-functional initiatives in large organizationsHas experience working with automation technologies such as RPA, workflow automation, AI, or orchestration platformsHas working knowledge of SQL or other query languages with the ability to retrieve and analyze operational dataHas strong analytical, program management, and stakeholder management skillsManages multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneouslyHs strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadershipHas experience with automation platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power AutomateHs experience with data visualization or BI platforms such as Tableau or Power BIHas a background in Lean, Six Sigma, or process optimization methodologiesHas experience in financial services, fintech, or other highly regulated industriesHas a PMP, PgMP, or similar program management certificationHas a minimum of a bachelor's degreeHas a minimum of 5 years of experienceOwns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and works effectively with people at all levels in an organization Recommended SkillsAutomation Technology, Client-Centric, Effective Communication, End-to-End Testing, Innovation, Robotic Process Automation, Solutions Design, Technical Proficiency, Time Management, Work CollaborativelySalary Range$83,076.00 - $127,179.00The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
