We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Maintenance Person to assist with the upkeep of HOA-managed properties. This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to service requests, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of community spaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in general maintenance and a strong commitment to quality service. Key Responsibilities Perform minor repairs and maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry. Conduct routine inspections of common areas, amenities, and equipment to identify maintenance needs. Handle landscaping tasks such as minor tree trimming, power washing, and debris removal. Assist in maintaining and repairing community facilities, including pools, clubhouses, and playgrounds. Respond to service requests and work orders in a timely manner. Monitor and report any safety hazards or urgent maintenance issues to management. Maintain an organized inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies. Communicate effectively with HOA board members, residents, and vendors as needed. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in general maintenance, handyman services, or a related field. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Work Schedule & Compensation Part-Time: Up to 30 hours per week, pending the needs of the business and the season. Schedule: Flexible, based on community needs (weekends may be required)
