Retail Shift Lead

A Fun, Creative, Flexible position with Buff City Soap entails working the retail floor educating customers on the handmade plant based products we sell. Also customizing the products for guest upon request. Retail Associates will also learn to make our products and have the opportunity to make the products daily. Duties: - Providing top level customer service - Multi- Tasking: Production, Customizing, Greeting customers. - Working cohesively with a team in a fun- fast paced environment. - Giving guests tours of store while educating them on our products. Ability to answer all their questions. Physical Requirements: - Must not be sensitive to various scents and fragrances - Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes up to 50 pounds. - Ability to walk and stand for longer periods of time - Ability to perform cleaning functions including, dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and etc. - Dexterity of hands and fingers Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $10.00 - $13.50 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
