Perfect — you’ll fit right in.The Account Director, Commerce manages key marketplace and retail media clients across Amazon, Walmart and other retail platforms. This role leads strategy, delivery and results while serving as the subject matter expert and senior day-to-day owner of client relationships. The Account Director, Commerce ensures campaigns, content and operations meet performance goals, blending platform expertise with team leadership and clear communication.What You'll Do Here:Lead client relationships with clear, consistent communicationManage account performance, budgets and key goalsGuide retail media and content strategy across Amazon and WalmartWork with internal teams to plan and deliver campaignsCoach account team members and support their growthReview data to spot trends and new opportunitiesKeep work consistent across listings and creative updatesJoin quarterly reviews and planning sessions with clientsStay informed on marketplace trends and share updatesHelp grow accounts and support new business effortsWe Need a Person With:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field8–10 years in marketing, e-commerce or retail mediaHands-on experience with retail media and marketplacesProven record of leading and growing client relationshipsCritical thinking with strong analytical and leadership skillsSkilled communication who builds trust with senior clientsDeep knowledge of Amazon DSP, Sponsored Ads and Walmart ConnectConfidence managing large teams and complex accountsCare with budgets and delivery timelinesComposure who remains solution-oriented under pressureCompensation:Salary: $110,000-$125,000 (Pay range is based on a market reference point and potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, experience and geographic location of the individual candidate. The compensation range reflects base rate only.)Compensation will be commensurate with experience. We have six office locations in the US: San Diego, California, Los Angeles, California, Covington, Kentucky, Denver, Colorado, Nashville, Tennessee and Charleston, South Carolina.
