Description:Line/Prep Cooks are the front-line for ensuring the perfect preparation of our unique and carefully crafted recipes. Responsibilities include:Washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat and other general cooking duties Operating a large food smoker and a stone oven. Preparing appetizers, salads, soups, sandwiches, and other entrees Maintaining a clean and orderly work area Interacting with a Kitchen Display System Ensuring accurate fulfillment of orders And most importantly, creating a remarkable experience for our guests.
