Director, Pricing and Analytics - Cash & Deposit Products

Job TitleAs part of the Pricing and Analytics team within Banking and Cash Solutions, you will direct product pricing, ongoing rate-setting, data modeling, product analysis, and ad hoc reporting for Cash and Deposit products.Required Qualifications:10+ years' relevant experience3+ years; experience in pricing and business analysis for Cash and Deposit productsBachelor's degree or equivalentPreferred Qualifications:4+ years leading staff in pricing and analytical rolesProven analytical, quantitative & problem-solving skills, especially strong financial product modeling skillsAbility to use data storytelling to design executive level communications from analysis results to meet stakeholder needsExcellent computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and data analysis languages such as SQL and PythonAbility to build strong relationships and collaborate with key business leaders/partners throughout the organization to drive resultsAbility to adapt complexity of analysis for self and staff to fit required timelinesAdditional data software or programming languagesExperience using Microsoft Copilot or other Artificial Intelligence toolsVisa SponsorshipApplicants must have a valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States (e.g., H-1B, F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, TN).In-Office CollaborationWe are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.Base Pay SalaryThe estimated base salary for this role is $122,400 - $168,300 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
