Responsibilities: Adheres to all safety precautions. Follows written and verbal instructions from the crew leader and clients. Plants new flowers, trees, grass, hedges, and bushes. Maintains gardens and lawns, including, trimming, pruning, raking, and weeding. Removes snow, ice, and leaves as needed. Builds and renovates stone pathways, patios, and ledges. Loads and unloads equipment and tools into work vehicles. Drive work vehicles to and from sites. Requirements: Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Familiarity with safety protocols. Flexibility to work additional hours during peak seasons or when necessary. Knowledge and proficiency in hardscapes, including paver patios, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces. Knowledge of landscape techniques, plant materials, and horticultural practices. Attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality workmanship. Experience operating excavators and skid loaders is highly desirable. Possession of a CDL is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Uses equipment, including tractors, leaf blowers, and aerators. Lifts 50 pounds and handles the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, lifting, pulling, and climbing. Works well independently and with a team. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour based on experience and skill level.
