Role Description We are seeking highly motivated individuals who enjoy a positive work environment, flexible hours, and opportunity for growth. This is a full-time, on-site role as a CNC Machinist for Okuma Vertical Machining Centers and/or ProtoTrak Mills. Experience with Autodesk Fusion 360 will enhance your pay opportunity! The CNC Machinist will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC mills to produce parts based on client specifications. Daily tasks include interpreting blueprints, programming CNC machinery, performing precision measurements to ensure quality, and troubleshooting equipment issues. The role also involves collaborating with the team to optimize machining processes, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to all safety regulations. Qualifications Proficiency in CNC machine operation, including setup, programming, and maintenance.Strong understanding of interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and solid models.Experience with precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.Knowledge of tooling, material properties, and machining processes.Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to quality assurance.Ability to work as part of a team and effectively communicate with colleagues.Familiarity with safety standards and protocols in a machining environment.Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment preferred.High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machining is a plus.
