A company is looking for a Senior Director, Bus Programs to lead strategy and execution in zero-emission transit and school bus sectors. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage the Bus Initiative Strategy and Operational Plan, ensuring alignment with organizational goals Oversee major Bus programs and projects, ensuring alignment with initiative goals and effective resource management Engage with industry stakeholders and government agencies to advance policy frameworks and secure funding opportunities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Planning, Environmental Studies, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred 10+ years of experience in transit, school transportation, fleet electrification, or related clean transportation sectors 7+ years of program and project management experience overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives 5+ years of business development and partnership cultivation experience Strong understanding of policy, regulatory, and market drivers impacting bus deployment nationally
