Our product offering spans multiple categories from flooring, tiles, cabinets, doors, and more. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the setup and day-to-day operations of our warehouse and ensuring that all logistics and supply chain functions are carried out efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, including experience with warehouse management systems, supply chain management, and materials management. Responsibilities: - Manage the distribution center and warehouse operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products. - Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment and machinery, including forklifts. - Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and storage systems. - Analyze demand planning and procurement processes to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs. - Implement and manage the warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory, monitor performance, and streamline processes. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and operations. - Monitor and manage warehouse budgets and financial performance, including profit and loss statements. - Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase productivity and reduce costs. - Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic plans for the warehouse operation. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols. Skills - Experience in warehouse management, including experience with warehouse management systems. - Strong knowledge of supply chain management and materials management principles. - Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment. - Strong analytical skills to analyze demand planning and procurement processes. - Experience with distribution center operations. - Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance. - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Familiarity with warehouse management system (WMS) software. - Knowledge of procurement processes and practices. - Ability to think strategically and develop plans to drive business results. - Experience with systems and software related to logistics and supply chain management. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: Phoenix, AZ (Required) Ability to Relocate: Phoenix, AZ: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
