Crew Member (Boba tea and Ice Cream Roller)

Rolled Ice Cream and Boba Tea - Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations - Take customer orders and process payments using the cash register or POS system - Consistently make and serve roll-up ice cream, tea, smoothies accurately in a positive and appropriate manner. - Maintain, organize, and restock stock: prepare ice cream topping, tea topping, fruit, utensils according to instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements. - Maintain cleanliness of store: clean and disinfect work area, equipment, sweep and mop floors, wash and disinfect utensils, and service restrooms. - Maintain a clean and orderly appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to corporate dress code. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide friendly and efficient service to customers - Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays -Ability to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment -Adhere to health and safety standards for food, cleanliness and restaurant safety -Ability to deliver quality work -Team player qualities -Punctuality: arrive on time for shifts and consistently participate Ability to Multitask: excellent multitasking and able to handle many different tasks in the store each shift -Strong attention to detail. Minimum 3 months experience working with coffee, boba tea or ice cream roll machine is required. Inexperienced candidates will not be interviewed. Hourly payment is minimum wage.
