You'll be the technical expert who bridges design and construction, creating precise 3D models, coordinating systems to avoid conflicts, and generating the fabrication and installation drawings that guide our field teams. If you're detail-oriented, technically skilled, and energized by the challenge of solving spatial puzzles that make construction smoother, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact on every project.What You'll Accomplish3D Modeling & CoordinationLead coordination of electrical and low voltage systems, identifying and resolving conflicts before they reach the fieldDevelop detailed 3D models in Revit that serve as the single source of truth for project executionCollaborate with mechanical, plumbing, and structural coordinators to ensure seamless system integrationUtilize Navisworks for clash detection and coordination with project teamsFabrication & Installation SupportCreate precise spool drawings for pipe and hanger fabrication that optimize shop efficiencyGenerate clear installation drawings that guide field teams through complex electrical installationsDevelop point layouts for hanger placement using total station technologyProduce detailed drawings for underground, overhead, in-wall, and architectural electrical systemsField & Technology IntegrationSet up and support Trimble technology on-site based on project needsWork with 3D scans and point clouds using Recap Pro to capture existing conditionsBridge the gap between office modeling and field reality, ensuring designs are practical and constructibleWhat You BringTechnical SkillsProficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks required (we'll train the right candidate who has foundational experience)Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and electrical drawingsKnowledge of 3D scanning technology and point cloud processing using Recap Pro preferredAutoCAD Fabrication experience a plusExperience & KnowledgeElectrical field installation experience preferred but not requiredUnderstanding of electrical system design, coordination, and installation practicesExperience with mechanical systems coordination valuedProfessional QualitiesExceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracyStrong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple project deadlinesSelf-motivated problem-solver who thinks critically about constructabilityTeam player who thrives in collaborative environments where communication is keyPositive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies and techniquesAdditional informationCompetitive salary, benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and disability, 401(k) with company match & profit sharing, paid time off, ongoing training, and professional development - all while working hard alongside people
