CMVC prides itself on fostering growth and success in a supportive educational environment. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Success Coach located in Hialeah, Florida. The Student Success Coach will work directly with students to provide guidance, support, and resources to help them achieve academic success. Daily tasks include conducting follow to discuss academic progress, assisting students in setting and achieving their goals,band coordinating with faculty and staff to ensure student success. The role also involves crafting fostering a positive, encouraging, and student-focused learning environment. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with students and provide exceptional support.Experience in tutoring/ teaching to assist students with academic progression.Education-related skills and a passion for mentoring and guiding students to success.Ability to collaborate with faculty, staff, to enhance student experiences and outcomes.Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field; experience in the vocational or healthcare education sector is a plus.
