Technical Program Manager

Overview As Technical Program Manager / Release Train Engineer at ModMed, you’ll lead our Agile Release Train and quarterly PI Planning to align engineering, product, and business goals. You will shepherd value delivery across traditional SDLC and AI/ML lifecycles, driving dependencies, risks, and continuous improvement with SAFe practices. You’ll shape technical roadmaps with senior leaders and mentor teams to higher performance. A hands-on use of generative AI for reporting and data insights will bolster predictability and transparency.
