About The RoleThe role drives complex technical programs end-to-end, aligning engineering, product, and business teams to ship critical infrastructure and product features on time.You will manage cross-functional dependencies, mitigate risks, and establish rigorous execution cadences that keep large-scale engineering initiatives moving efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across engineering, product, and design teamsIdentify cross-functional dependencies, track project milestones, and actively mitigate risks using Jira, Confluence, and AsanaEstablish program governance, status reporting cadences, and operational metrics for executive leadershipFacilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-team alignment meetings to unblock engineering velocityPartner with finance and product leads to manage resource allocation, budgeting, and scoping trade-offsDocument standard operating procedures and retrospective findings to continuously improve organizational processesWhat We Are Looking For5-8 years of technical program management experience in a fast-paced software or technology environmentDemonstrated track record of shipping large-scale, cross-functional engineering initiatives from conception to launchDeep familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies; PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications preferredExceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical risks for non-technical stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related fieldBonus: Experience managing ML infrastructure deployment or cloud migration projects
