Position Summary We are looking for experienced Java Developers to help design, build, and maintain enterprise-level software applications. You will be responsible for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code, working closely with cross-functional teams, and contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Java-based applications and systems. Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other developers to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions. Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code that adheres to best practices. Develop and integrate APIs, services, and databases in complex systems. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability. Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code standards. Stay up to date with the latest Java development trends, frameworks, and technologies. Develop unit tests and participate in testing efforts to ensure the reliability and quality of software. Assist in designing system architecture, applying design patterns, and scaling applications for cloud or enterprise environments. Maintain and improve existing software applications, and participate in troubleshooting and resolving production issues. Document code and processes for future maintenance and updates. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Java Developer, with a strong understanding of Java core concepts and object-oriented programming. Proficiency in Java (JDK 8+), including frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and JavaFX. Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and web services. Solid experience with databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.). Experience with cloud technologies and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus. Understanding of version control tools such as Git. Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed environment.
