Enterprise Software Operations Specialist

We are hiring an Enterprise Software Operations Specialist to provide onboarding support, coordination, and adoption of enterprise software tools across our client's ecosystem, including scientific software, collaboration tools, research platforms, and AI-enabled products to support researchers. The Specialist must quickly learn about new products and collaborate with vendors and NIH working groups to develop support materials and resources including FAQ, knowledge-based articles, and end user support tools (i.e. chatbots) to support end users during initial product rollouts. You will support structured tracking, analysis of alternatives, risk identification, and reporting, including maintaining clear updates and materials to inform stakeholders and senior leadership. You will also support product evaluation activities by contributing operational input based on usage data, stakeholder feedback, and adoption insights. This role focuses on execution, coordination, and lifecycle support, with direction from product and program leadership. US citizenship requiredAbility to obtain Public Trust clearance is requiredPosition is hybrid; should be local to Bethesda, MD; must be on client site at least 2 x weekBasic Qualifications/You Have4+ years of relevant experience supporting enterprise software, IT systems, product operations, or program coordinationExperience coordinating multiple concurrent software tools, systems, or initiatives, including tracking timelines, dependencies, and risksExperience working with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to support implementation, onboarding, rollout, or adoption activitiesExperience developing user enablement materials and supporting user onboarding across audiences with varying technical skill levelsExperience supporting tracking, risk management, and reporting, including maintaining status updates, dashboards, or briefing materialsStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate status, risks, and recommendations clearlyDetail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to identify gaps and support structured improvementsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceAbility to obtain a Public Trust determinationPreferred Qualifications/Nice to Have Experience supporting enterprise software onboarding, rollout, or adoption at scaleFamiliarity with product lifecycle concepts such as onboarding, adoption, usage tracking, and optimizationExperience gathering customer feedback and translating it into improvementsExperience supporting researcher communities, technology or product Communities of Practice, or product evaluation activitiesExperience supporting or working with scientific software, collaboration platforms, research tools, or AI-enabled productsFamiliarity with cloud platforms, data platforms, or tracking systems such as ServiceNow or JiraExperience using AI or Generative AI tool (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) capabilities.Existing HHS or NIH badge or active NIH Public Trust
