You'll perform installations, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of residential HVAC equipment while building strong customer relationships and supporting the company's commitment to reliable service. This position offers the opportunity to work independently in the field while collaborating with a skilled and supportive team.Responsibilities include:Install, service, maintain, and repair gas, oil, air conditioning, heat pump, and related HVAC systemsDiagnose equipment issues and perform effective repairs in a timely mannerConduct preventative maintenance and system inspectionsCommunicate professionally with customers regarding service recommendations and system performanceFollow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions accuratelyMaintain a safe and organized work environmentWork independently in the field while collaborating with team members as neededDeliver exceptional customer service during every interactionRequirements and Qualifications:2+ years of residential HVAC experienceConnecticut S or B License requiredPrior experience diagnosing and repairing gas, oil, and heat pump systemsExperience doing both installation and service/repair is preferredValid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record in accordance with company insurance requirementsAbility to work 7:30 am to about 4 pm, with rotating on-call and expected overtime hoursSelf-motivated with excellent initiative and problem-solving abilitiesDependable, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitudeProfessional and courteous demeanorAbout the Hiring Company:Our client is a long-standing, family-owned energy services provider that has been serving customers since 1915.
