Job SummaryThe Project Manager (PM) will provide end-to-end Supply Chain leadership and execution support within a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) to drive product change initiatives and ensure successful implementation across the supply chain ecosystem.This role requires strong coordination between Supply Chain teams and cross-functional business partners to deliver projects aligned with business goals, operational readiness, cost objectives, and speed-to-market expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end supply chain execution for product change initiativesServe as the primary Supply Chain representative within cross-functional project teamsDevelop supply chain execution strategies aligned with project timelines, start-of-ship goals, cost targets, and risk mitigationDrive successful activation of projects through production launch and technical transferCoordinate communication and alignment across Supply Chain functions and manufacturing sitesSupport supply chain feasibility assessments for new initiativesEnsure smooth start of production/start of ship for new launches and promotionsManage supply chain implementation activities and project executionIdentify process improvements and cost-saving opportunitiesCollaborate with Supply Chain Integration teams to align priorities and resource utilizationPromote best practices, effective team dynamics, and cross-functional collaborationRequired SkillsStrong Supply Chain and Project Management experienceExcellent leadership and stakeholder management skillsStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Strong analytical and decision-making abilitiesExperience with planning, execution, and organizational managementStrong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain operationsAbility to work effectively in cross-functional environmentsAdaptable and flexible in fast-paced environmentsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited institutionB.S. in Engineering or related technical field preferredMBA preferredConsumer products / manufacturing industry experience is a plusTargeted BackgroundLooking for candidates with experience in:Supply Chain Project ManagementProduct Launch / Product Change ManagementManufacturing OperationsConsumer Goods / CPG environmentsCross-functional Supply Chain coordinationStart-of-Production / Start-of-Ship execution
