Services are designed to foster meaningful progress and help clients experience lasting, measurable success throughout their therapeutic journey.Role Description This is a FT/PT, on-site Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role based in Richmond, VA. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and design behavior intervention programs rooted in applied behavior analysis. Responsibilities include supervising and training behavior technicians, monitoring treatment fidelity, analyzing data to guide clinical decisions, and updating programs based on client progress. The role also involves coaching and educating parents and caregivers, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining clear, timely documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards. The BCBA will support a positive, client-centered environment that reflects the organization’s focus on growth and meaningful outcomes.Qualifications Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with demonstrated ability to design and implement evidence-based interventions.Expertise in Behavior Management strategies, including proactive supports, skill-building, and crisis prevention within ethical and professional guidelines.Background in Psychology to inform assessment, treatment planning, and understanding of developmental and behavioral needs.Experience with Parent Education, including coaching caregivers, providing training, and promoting generalization of skills across settings.Current BCBA certification and compliance with BACB ethical standards.Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.Previous experience working with autistic individuals or those with developmental or behavioral challenges in clinical, home, or school settings.Strong data collection, analysis, and documentation skills, with proficiency in using electronic systems for case management.Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to guide teams and partner with families and community providers.Ability to work on-site in Richmond, VA, including traveling locally between client locations if needed.
