As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests feel welcomed, valued, and satisfied throughout their dining experience. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen staff. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly. Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests. Utilize restaurant management software such as OpenTable for reservations and table management. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures. Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions. Excellent guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Familiarity with food preparation techniques is an advantage. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and teamwork mentality are essential.
