Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation, sanitation, and food safety Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Utilize reservation systems like OpenTable to manage seating arrangements and optimize table turnover during busy hours Support cash handling duties including cashiering, processing payments accurately, and balancing registers at shift end Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills during high-volume periods Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous host/hostess or serving experience is a plus; experience with upselling techniques is highly valued Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations; attention to detail is essential Join us if you’re passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced setting!
