Finance BSA Sr Developer

For our client, we are seeking a Finance BSA Sr Developer to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.This role will support finance technology initiatives with a strong focus on Oracle EBS R12 Financials, partnering closely with Finance stakeholders to improve core accounting processes and reporting. The position will drive system enhancements, production support, and integration accuracy across key finance modules while contributing to controls and operational efficiency. It is a hands-on role suited for someone who can translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and help deliver high-impact financial operations.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annuallyResponsibilities Lead Oracle EBS R12 finance modules, with primary focus on General Ledger and Accounts Receivable Support Oracle Projects modules, including Project Accounting and Costing Manage Vertex Tax integration to support accuracy and compliance Gather requirements and conduct fit-gap analyses with stakeholders Drive process optimization to improve efficiency and controls Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements Coordinate testing efforts, including User Acceptance Testing and system integrationQualifications 10-12 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 Financials Deep expertise in Oracle General Ledger and Accounts Receivable Strong experience with Oracle Projects modules Proven support experience with Vertex Tax integration Solid understanding of financial controls and reporting processes Technical knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and APIs Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, CA, or Oracle certifications preferredBenefits Collaborative work environment within Finance Technology Opportunities for involvement in transformative projects Focus on continuous improvement and innovation Support for professional development and certifications Engagement in high-impact financial operationsOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
