Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will provide support to our sales team and contribute to the overall success of the company. Responsibilities: Custom Quote Pricing - Review each custom quote to determine the appropriate price and correct lead time. Ensure all part numbers, descriptions, routes, and contact info are accurate. Catalog Quote - send out catalog quotes to customers as needed. Order Entry - Process both custom and stock purchase orders for selected accounts Purchase Order Follow-Up - Reach out to customers or to the salesperson to obtain a revised PO with accurate pricing and other relevant information Updates - Work with the quoting engineers to create new updated quotes for existing parts. Pricing Resolution - respond to customer's inquiries about pricing discrepancies. Research the problem to find out why the pricing is different than what the customer believes it should be. Correspondence - communicate with customers to inform them of late orders, short shipments, custom/catalog quotes follow-up, and other issues as they arise. Sales Team Assistance - Work with our salespeople to help look up information, provide resolutions quickly for issues that should come up while they're on the road, and be a liaison between them and the rest of our Lee Spring employees as needed. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues Assist with account management activities, including maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or sales support roles is preferred Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus Skill Requirements: High diploma or equivalency Attention to detail Strong organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work setting Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent verbal and written skills Microsoft Office proficiency If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
