Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinating staffing schedules to ensure the proper cleaning of offices, public spaces, residents units, and groundsUsing cleaning chemicals safely and properly in accordance with the department guidelines and assuring compliance with local, state, and federal safety standards, MSDS, OSHA, EPA and other relevant rules and regulationsCoordinating annual deep cleaning programs for both residents units and common areasScheduling the preparation of units for admissionsConducting regular inspection of all areas and maintaining inventory control systems for all supplies, chemicals, and equipmentScheduling and conducting training sessions and department meetings for housekeeping personnelAbility to hire your own staffQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED5 years of supervisory housekeeping/janitorial experience in a healthcare facilityExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to successfully schedule and supervise staffFlexibility with scheduleMust enjoy working with the senior populationPreferred experience: Housekeeping – 3 yearsCOVID-19 precautionsPersonal protective equipment provided or requiredPlastic shield at work stationsTemperature screeningsSocial distancing guidelines in placeSanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in placeJob Type: Full-timeBenefitsDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insuranceVision insuranceSerene is an EOE-(Equal Opportunity Employer) and drug-free workplace.J-18808-Ljbffr
