We are seeking someone who has experience in maintaining grounds, facilities and a rental unit of a mid-size property and knows how to work with others to get things done. Looking for a team of individuals to work from September/October thru the end of April 2025, this position is part time in Ocotillo Wells, CA at Ocotillo RV Resort (an off-roader's heaven!). This is a part time, seasonal position. Compensation for this role is hourly + RV space rent is included (Flat electric fee is the only charge). Requirements: 3 years+ maintenance experience preferred. Working knowledge of landscape maintenance: grass, desert trees/shrubs, streets and ponds. Working knowledge of facilities maintenance: buildings, pools, and spas. Working knowledge of utilities: electric, water and sewer/septic system. Experience with computerized maintenance management systems is a plus.
