We provide therapy in children's natural environments-homes, schools, and daycares-throughout Palm Beach County. Our mission is to combine clinical expertise with genuine connection, offering family-centered, neurodiversity-affirming care that celebrates each child's strengths.About the Role:We're looking for an Occupational Therapist who values flexibility, independence, and meaningful work. You'll have the freedom to create your own schedule while providing therapy that truly makes a difference in children's daily lives.What You'll Do:Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy in home, school, and community settings.Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and educators to support generalization and carryover.Use a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach to meet each child where they are.Offer caregiver education and practical strategies that fit real-life routines.What We're Looking For:Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida.Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.Experience working with children (preferred).Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Compassionate, creative, and self-motivated clinician.Background or training in Sensory Integration or sensory processing (preferred).Additional Details:This is a mobile position-sessions take place in homes, schools, and community settings.We do not have a physical clinic location.
