Production AssociatePosition Title: Production Associate Location: 43rd Ave & Camelback Phoenix, AZ Schedule: 1st Shift Employment Type: Full-Time / Temp-to-HirePosition SummaryThe Production Associate supports the remanufacturing and production process of transmissions and drivetrain components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for assisting with assembly, disassembly, cleaning, inspection, material handling, and production support while maintaining safety and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the assembly and disassembly of transmission and drivetrain componentsClean, inspect, and prepare parts for production and remanufacturing processesOperate basic hand tools, production equipment, and machinery as trainedMove materials, parts, and finished products throughout the facilityInspect components for defects or damage and report concerns to supervisorsFollow production schedules and work instructions to meet daily goalsMaintain a clean and organized work area while following safety proceduresAccurately complete production or inventory documentation as neededSupport team members and other departments as production demands requireQualifications & RequirementsPrevious manufacturing, warehouse, automotive, or production experience preferredMechanical aptitude or experience using hand tools is a plusAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksAbility to lift up to 50 lbs, with or without accommodationAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safetyDependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitudeWork EnvironmentManufacturing and warehouse settingExposure to machinery, automotive parts, noise, grease, and varying temperaturesRequired use of personal protective equipment (PPE)Fast-paced production environment with safety-focused proceduresNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
