Role OverviewThe Senior Program Manager – is responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise‑level growth programs, including new site builds, site expansions, and facilities readiness required to meet committed product launch timelines.This role owns programs from requirements definition through site launch and operational handoff, working backwards from target launch dates to ensure facilities, infrastructure, resources, and cross‑functional capabilities are fully aligned. The Program Manager acts as the single point of accountability and applies Project Management Institute (PMI) standards to ensure disciplined planning, execution, and delivery across multiple complex programs.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Definition & Customer AlignmentEnsure all project requirements, objectives, and customer needs (internal and/or external) are clearly gathered, understood, and translated into executable plansCollaborate with customers and business units from requirements gathering through product acceptance and site launchAlign program teams to customer and business needs by establishing clear milestones, goals, and objectives informed by all functional stakeholdersDevise creative and practical solutions to critical customer, user, and business requirementsProgram Planning, Controls & Execution (PMI‑Based)Develop and manage integrated program plans using PMI standards, covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and change managementCoordinate with functional project managers and project coordinators to review and integrate detailed project schedulesManage execution of tasks to completion in accordance with approved schedules and baselinesMaintain accountability for overall project success, balancing cost, schedule, scope, and quality against enterprise requirementsCross‑Functional & Enterprise LeadershipBuild, lead, and motivate cross‑functional teams to deliver multiple and/or enterprise‑level programs, including:Facilities & EngineeringManufacturing & OperationsIT / SystemsSupply Chain & ProcurementFinanceLegalHuman ResourcesBusiness Units / CommercialServe as the primary interface with customers, vendors, stakeholders, and project sponsorsCommunicate program objectives in the context of overall strategic business goalsProvide guidance, coaching, and motivation to teams through complex and high‑pressure delivery environmentsFinancial, Resource & KPI ManagementPerform financial management and cost analysis, including:Capital Expenditure Requests (CERs)Resource allocationTravel, training, and other program‑related costsForecast project budgets and labor requirements to support current and future site needsManage resource capacity and time tracking across enterprise‑level programsDefine, monitor, and manage project‑specific KPIs, ensuring work is delivered within scope, time, cost, and quality constraintsRisk, Reporting & Continuous ImprovementDevelop integrated risk analyses with actionable mitigation plansIdentify potential problem areas early and implement alternative solutions as neededObtain, analyze, and summarize program status versus performance baselinesReport program status, issues, outcomes, and implemented solutions to leadershipProvide leaders with clear insights into risks, opportunities, and improvement areasIdentify and implement cost‑reduction opportunities through process optimization and system improvementsDrive continuous improvement through metrics management, trend analysis, and best‑practice sharing across sites and teamsCommunication & Stakeholder EngagementDeliver clear, concise, and effective communication through a variety of channelsDesign consistent, audience‑appropriate messaging for diverse stakeholder groupsWork closely with communications, stakeholders, and leadership to evaluate and measure program effectiveness and business impactDesign and facilitate training related to enterprise initiatives and program implementationDemonstrate strong customer focus by anticipating needs, resolving issues quickly, and coaching others through complex decision‑making situationsCompliance & Additional ResponsibilitiesComply with all company security policies, procedures, and governance requirementsPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedQualificationsRequired8+ years of experience leading complex, cross‑functional, enterprise‑level programsProven experience delivering facilities‑driven or capital‑intensive initiatives (site builds, expansions, infrastructure programs)Strong ability to translate requirements into executable plans and drive delivery across matrixed teamsPMP (Project Management Professional) certification – requiredDemonstrated expertise applying PMI standards and methodologies across the full project lifecycleExperience supporting product launches or large‑scale growth initiativesStrong executive communication and stakeholder management skillsWhy This Role MattersThis role ensures growth programs are delivered with clarity, discipline, and predictability, enabling sites to be stood up and products launched in alignment with business and customer commitments—while maintaining rigorous cost, schedule, and quality control., BE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
