Operations Administrative Support Specialist

We are looking for an Operations Administrative Support Specialist with a focus on contract and customer account set up, warranty claims management, customer service and insurance renewals. If you're looking to be a part of a collaborative, growing company - APPLY NOW!Daily Tasks and Functions:Set up and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate entry of contracts, master agreements, and supporting documentation.Coordinate insurance renewals for customer accounts, ensuring up to date and compliant coverage documentation.Handle warranty/guarantee claim intake, processing and resolution tracking, partnering with internal teams and customers to resolve issues promptly.Provide outstanding customer service support to internal & external customers, responding to inquiries, requests and concerns in a timely, professional manner.Analyze reports to ensure compliance with testing protocols for Energy ProgramsWork closely with sales manager, regional manager, Field Operations teamActively engage in continued process improvementsResponsible for overall knowledge, maintenance and accuracy of all regional accounts and programs including required testing and associated documentsAssist accounts receivable, process invoices & payments in a timely and accurate mannerAssist with scheduling field inspections in multiple statesHousing starts data entry both manual and automated processesQualifications and Skills Needed:At least 5 years' administrative experienceProficient computer skills in Excel, Word & OutlookCritical thinker with analytic expertiseExcellent customer service skillsConstruction experience is preferred but will trainHigh school diploma or GEDWe Offer These Benefits:Competitive Pay & Benefit PackageMedical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life, DisabilityFlexible spending account (FSA)What we value: Safety & People First and Always; Integrity & Accountability in everything we do!TopBuild Corp. is an equal opportunity employer.
