Full-Time Therapist - Jail-Based Substance Use & Co-Occurring Disorder ServicesClinton Counseling Center Jail ProgramA Program of Comprehensive Youth Services, Inc.Federal Student Loan Forgiveness eligibility, free LLPC and CAADC supervision, and hands-on experience providing substance use disorder (SUD) services within a correctional setting are just a few of the benefits available to our full-time therapists.Clinton Counseling Center's Jail Program provides substance use and co-occurring disorder treatment services to individuals incarcerated in the Macomb County Jail. In addition to clinical services inside the jail, our team delivers prevention programming within the facility and Overdose Education and Naloxone Distribution (OEND) services throughout the community.If you're ready to grow professionally, work in a fast-paced and meaningful environment, and expand your clinical skills quickly, we would love to meet you.Position ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plansProvide individual and group therapy servicesComplete discharge and transition planningFacilitate prevention groups within the jail settingDeliver OEND education to community members, businesses, and organizationsMaintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standardsComplete required trainings within established timeframesParticipate in weekly clinical supervisionMinimum QualificationsCurrent Michigan licensure: LLPC, LPC, LLMSW, or LMSWCAADC certification through MCBAP, or willingness to submit an MCBAP Development Plan upon hireMaster's degree from an accredited university in a clinical fieldAbility to obtain and maintain Macomb County Jail Security ClearanceApplicants with relevant lived experience who meet the above qualifications are strongly encouraged to applyBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (Blue Care Network)Generous PTO/Vacation timeLife Insurance403(b) Retirement Plan with 10% employer matchEligible employer for Federal Student Loan Forgiveness (non-profit status)Free LLPC supervisionFree CAADC supervisionSpecialized experience working with Criminal Justice System populationsWhy Join the CCC Jail Program?You will never have a boring day.
