Quality Manager

The company is investing heavily not only in expanding its Quality function, but also in strengthening its Supply Chain and R&D capabilities, making this an exciting opportunity for a quality professional to step in, make an impact, and grow alongside the business.Salary: $70,000Location: Minerva, Ohio (On Site)Role Summary:Lead and mentor the Quality Control team.Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures.Analyse quality data and identify root causes of defects.Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.Work with Production, Engineering, and R&D teams to improve processes.Coordinate with suppliers and customers on quality expectations.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.Who we are looking for:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or related field.Experience in quality management within plastics manufacturing.Strong understanding of plastic materials, production processes, and quality systems.Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methods.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to analyse data and drive process improvements.Quality certifications (Six Sigma, ASQ, etc.) is a plus.
