We are known for high-quality coaching, scalable programming, and a welcoming culture for people of all levels.We are entering a new growth phase and are hiring an Evening Program Lead Coach to own and elevate our evening programs.This is not a casual coaching position.This is a leadership role with growth potential and performance-based compensation.ResponsibilitiesCoach 4–6 evening classes weeklyOwn evening on-ramp and new member experienceConduct No Sweat IntrosFollow up with leads and absencesTrack attendance metricsLead culture and member engagementSupport assistant coachesExecute quarterly growth initiativesCompensation & Income OpportunityThis role is designed for someone who wants to build a program, develop strong member relationships, and grow their income alongside the growth of the evening community.This role includes a base leadership stipend plus multiple opportunities to increase income as the evening program grows.Base Leadership Pay$1,200 per monthThis covers coaching evening classes and leadership responsibilities including lead follow-up, member check-ins, attendance tracking, and program development.New Member BonusesThe Evening Program Lead earns bonuses for helping new athletes successfully join the community.
