The RN/LPN will promoting continuity of safe and appropriate care through their work, whether episodic or for a shift.Essential FunctionsProvides direct care to medically fragile children in their homes. This can include such skills such as Peg tube management, foley catheter care, wound care, trach care and medication administration.
